【Important Notes regarding Streaming】

・Before purchasing tickets, please carefully read the precautions listed on the streaming platform and make sure that you have a suitable internet connection and meet the recommended viewing requirements.

・Additional fees may apply.

・Please note that the live stream may be canceled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.

・Cancellations, changes, and refunds will not be accepted for any reason other than event postponement or cancellation.

Please be aware that the start time may change and that scheduled performers may cancel or be replaced.

No refunds will be issued in the event of a start time change,performer cancellation/replacement, or early termination of the event.

・Please purchase your ticket well in advance.

If you make your purchase immediately before the start time, you may only be able to watch from partway through.

・Due to internet connection or system issues, the stream may experience video/audio disruptions, temporary interruptions, or early termination.

In such cases, updates and information will be provided as necessary according to the nature of the issue.

・The organizer is not responsible for any problems with your internet or viewing environment.

・If you start watching partway through, the stream will begin from that point.

Rewinding during the live broadcast is not available.

・If you have purchased a streaming ticket, you will be able to watch the missed/archive stream as well.

Missed/archive content can be viewed multiple times during the available streaming period.

・Please note that it may take some time for the missed/archive stream to become available after the live broadcast ends.

・Screen recording, photography, and audio recording using cameras, smartphones, or any other devices are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized reproduction or sharing on video sites or social media may result in legal consequences.

・Commercial use of the streamed event footage is strictly prohibited.

This includes playing the stream in restaurants, halls, or similar venues while charging an audience.
