【配信に関する注意事項】

・チケットのご購入前に、各配信プラットフォームサイトに記載の注意事項をよくお読みいただき、視聴に適したインターネット環境・推奨環境をお持ちかどうか必ずご確認ください。

・各配信プラットフォームでサービスや条件が一部異なります。ご自身の視聴環境やお好みにあわせてご選択の上、ご視聴ください。

・別途、配信プラットフォームごとに異なる手数料がかかります。

・どちらの配信プラットフォームでご覧いただきましても、イベントの内容は同一のものとなります。

・天候・災害等の諸事情により、当日の配信がやむをえず中止になる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

・チケットご購入後の公演延期・中止以外の理由に伴うキャンセル・変更・払い戻しはできません。諸事情により開演時間が変更になる場合がございます。開演時間の変更、また公演の途中終了の場合も、視聴料の払い戻しは一切いたしません。あらかじめご了承ください。

・配信をご視聴されるお客様は、あらかじめ余裕を持ってご購入ください。開始直前でご購入の場合は、途中からの視聴になる場合がございます。

・インターネット回線やシステム上のトラブルにより、配信映像や音声の乱れ、公演の一時中断・途中終了の可能性がございます。その際は、トラブルの内容に応じて都度お知らせをさせていただきます。

・お客様のインターネット環境、視聴環境に伴う不具合に関しては、主催者は責任を負いかねます。

・途中から視聴した場合はその時点からのライブ配信となり、生配信中は巻き戻しての再生はできません。

・配信の視聴チケットを購入済の方はそのまま見逃し・アーカイブ配信をご覧いただけます。また配信期間中何度でも見逃し・アーカイブ視聴が可能です。

・見逃し・アーカイブ配信が開始されるまで、多少お時間が掛かる場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

・カメラ・スマートフォンなどによる画面録画・撮影・録音は全て禁止いたします。また、動画サイト・SNSなどへの無断転載・共有を行った場合、法的責任に問われる場合がございます。

・配信イベント映像を商用利用することは禁止とさせていただきます。これには、飲食店、広間等で聴衆から料金を受領して配信イベント映像を流すことを含みます。

【NOTES ABOUT TICKET AND STREAM】

・Please read the notes of each platform carefully and make sure that you have the recommended system requirements to watch the stream before purchasing a ticket.

・Service and conditions will differ from each platform. Please select the platform and watch the stream according to your own system and preference.

・There is an additional handling charge differing from the platform.

・The content of the event will be the same regardless of platform.

・Please note that the livestreaming on the day of the event may be unavoidably cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances. Please understand this in advance.

・No change or refund can be made unless the event is postponed or canceled. The start time is subject to change. No refunds will be made in the event of time change.

・Please make sure to purchase your ticket in advance. If you purchase just before the start of the show, you may have to start watching from the middle.

・Stream may temporarily stop due to poor internet connection or system problem. In such a case, we will make an announcement.

・The organizer is not responsible for any problems with your internet or viewing environment.

・If you watch from the middle, it will be a stream from that point, and you can’t rewind while streaming.

・It can be watched as many times as you want during the archive period if you buy the virtual ticket.

・Please note that it may take some time before the archive is available.

・Screen shooting, filming, and recording with cameras, smartphones, etc. are all strictly prohibited. In addition, if you share it on a video site without permission, you may be liable for legal liability.

・Commercial use of live stream video is prohibited. This includes broadcasting live stream videos in restaurants, halls, etc. for a fee paid by audience.
